Somatic Breathwork Experience

A guided, body-based experience designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for clarity, reconnection, and emotional movement.

The experience

Somatic Breathwork Experience is a live guided session that works through the body rather than only through the mind. Using intentional breath patterns, nervous system pacing, and somatic awareness, we create the conditions for release, regulation, and deeper presence.

Some sessions feel calming and clarifying. Others bring emotion, sensation, or insight to the surface. The aim is not intensity for its own sake, but a grounded experience that helps shift what has been held beneath the surface.

What this can support

• Stress and nervous system dysregulation
• Emotional buildup or overwhelm
• Feeling disconnected from the body
• Stored tension and shallow breathing patterns
• A desire for a more embodied healing experience

Why breathwork

Breath is one of the most direct ways to influence the nervous system. When used intentionally, it can help interrupt stress patterns, restore connection to the body, and open space for release and integration.

A body-based pathway into regulation, rather than trying to think your way out of stress.
A structured container for releasing tension, emotion, and activation that may be held beneath conscious awareness.
A complementary practice alongside hypnotherapy, personal growth work, or nervous system healing.

How it works

1 — Grounding and intention We begin by settling the system, clarifying your intention, and creating a clear, supportive container for the work.
2 — Guided breathwork I guide you through a structured breathing pattern designed to help shift stress, activation, and stored tension.
3 — Integration We slow down, reflect, and give the experience space to land so what emerged can be understood and integrated.

This work is guided carefully and paced with respect for your system. Nothing is forced. The session is designed to be supportive, intentional, and attuned rather than performative or overwhelming.

Who it’s for

This is for people who want a grounded, experiential way to work with stress, tension, and internal patterns through the body. It can be a strong fit if you feel mentally aware of what is happening, but still notice that your body carries activation, tightness, or emotional residue.

How it fits with my work

Some clients come to breathwork as a standalone experience. Others use it alongside hypnotherapy or regression as a complementary path into regulation, receptivity, and deeper self-awareness.
